Are you interested in a communication major?

With an emphasis on communication research and presentation, the communication major equips students with leadership and persuasion skills that can lead to careers in health communication, sales, promotion, public relations, human resources, broadcasting, political campaigning and other professions that influence society every day.

Communication majors have opportunities to develop knowledge and skills in seven areas including analytics research methods, health, intercultural, interpersonal, mediated, organizational, and social influence.
