| Ken's programming areas for youth and adult leaders include: educational programs in beef, sheep and swine production and management; developing quality livestock shows, as well as coordinating many statewide livestock events such as the Michigan Junior Livestock Show, 4-H Veterinary Science Leaders Workshop, and the 4-H Beef, Sheep and Swine Leaders Workshop. Karen's programming areas include, educational programming in equine nutrition and management as well as leadership development, Proud Equestirian Programs, communication skills, and statewide youth horse events such as the 4-H Horse Show, Jamboree and Trail Ride. Karen also coordinates the efforts of the 4-H Horse Program Planning Committee and provides continuing maintenance and education of MI 4-H Horse Judges.
