How to Apply
Use the “Student Application” link to complete the
online application.
Ask your prospective mentor to submit a letter indicating
his or her support for the project. This should be submitted through the “Add
Support/Recommendation Letter” link. This letter should describe the
anticipated benefit to the mentor from involvement in the project and the
relationship between the project and ongoing work by the mentor.
Ask someone with whom you have worked in a professional capacity to submit a letter of recommendation on your behalf. The letter should be submitted through the “Add Support/Recommendation Letter” link. If you have already been working with your prospective mentor, your mentor’s support letter will serve this purpose, and this additional letter is optional.
