Our Vision
The vision of the Office of Organization and Professional Development for Diversity and Pluralism (ODP) is that it will serve as a resource that faculty, staff and graduate students within the units of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR) use to develop intentional efforts to recruit and retain diverse faculty, staff and graudate students to enhance teaching, research and extension.
Our Mission
The mission of the Office of Organization and Professional Development for Diversity and Pluralism is to offer strategies that faculty, staff and graduate students can use to increase their awareness of diversity and promotion of diversity and pluralism in recruitment and retention efforts pertaining to faculty, staff and graduate students.
