CRIS partners with the graduate program in Environmental and Integrative Toxicological Sciences (EITS) to provide doctoral training in food and ingredient safety. The EITS Program, in conjunction with CRIS, provides customized education in mechanisms of toxicity, ingredient safety, regulatory and public health policy and risk assessment.
