One of the requirements for students to be recommended for a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science is to complete course work for either the science, agribusiness management, preveterinary or production medicine scholars options. The table below lists the 24 credits of course requirements for the Agribusiness Management Option.
This option also fulfills the requirements for the Specialization in Agribusiness Management administered by the Department of Agricultural Economics. However, this specialization is not awarded automatically. Students who would like to receive this specialization need to contact Chris Stiles at 355-1692 for information on how to request certification for the specialization. Once awarded, the name of the specialization and the date it was completed will appear on a student's transcript.
If a course is not offered every semester, that is noted in the course description column (F=offered Fall Semester, S=offered Spring Semester, SU=offered Summer Semester).
