100% Extension

Extension program includes organizing and developing educational programs and opportunities for youth and adult audiences in the areas of management, feeding, breeding, training and marketing of beef, sheep and swine. Coordinates the efforts of the Michigan 4-H Livestock Programming Committee and works closely with various livestock industry commodity groups and organizations to provide educational opportunities and experiences for youth and adults. Serves as the Coordinator of the animal science youth programs in the department, which includes beef, dairy, goats, horses, poultry, rabbits, sheep and swine.
