The basic part of my research program focuses on elucidation of the role of hormones and growth factors in regulation of selection and growth of dominant follicles, use of genomic techniques to identify new factors involved in dominant follicle development, and determination of the effects of aging on dominant follicle development and function. From an applied standpoint, my research focuses on development of new methods to regulate fertility in cattle. I teach the human reproduction portion of PSL 431 (-400 undergraduates) for the Physiology Department.
