Dr. Karcher is involved in teaching, advising, and curriculum development for both the 4 year program and the Ag Tech Dairy Management Program. She teaches courses in dairy feed management and advanced dairy management (ANS 051 and ANS 432), coaches the Regional and National Dairy Challenge Teams and advises the MSU Dairy Club.
