Teaches advanced non-ruminant nutrition for undergraduate students and protein metabolism for graduate students. She advises graduate students, and conducts research in the area of applied swine and horse nutrition with an emphasis on protein and amino acid metabolism. She coordinates the Metabolism Research Unit.
