8-Hour ServSafe

Earn ServSafe certification with help from Michigan State University (MSU) Extension, which offers this 8-hour ServSafe training. ServSafe is a national certification program. This class is designed for anyone working in the food service industry, including nonprofit organizations.

Participants must receive a 75 percent score on the exam to earn a certificate.

The cost of the 8-hour course is $75 per person. This does not include the cost of the ServSafe Manager book (7th edition).
