8-Hour ServSafe

ServSafe certification with help from MSU Extension.

MSU Extension offers an 8-hour ServSafe training. ServSafe is a national certification program. This class is designed for anyone working in the food service industry, including nonprofit organizations.

Participants must receive a 75 percent score on the exam to earn a certificate.

The cost of the 8-hour course is $70 per person and does not include the cost of the ServSafe Manager book (6th edition).
