Join naturalist Robert Ayotte for a presentation and discussion of the "Conifers of the Great Lakes Region" at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at Hidden Lake Gardens. The discussion will feature the identification, biology, and ecology of our native cone bearing plants. There will be a general introduction to conifers, then we will focus on the 13 native species. Afterward, the group is welcome to join Robert for a tour of the notable conifers gracing the arboretum of Hidden Lake Gardens.
