Date: March 10, 2015 - March 10, 2015
Location: Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center

Agriculture is an industry with significant health and safety hazards. Farm businesses and farm families are significantly affected when a work-related injury, illness or death occurs. This session will highlight some agricultural hazards contributing to injury and illness within the swine and dairy industries, such as noise, heat stress, zoonotic disease and manure handling. New requirements for reporting work-related injuries and hospitalizations will be presented. Attendees will also learn about pictograms on container labels and product safety data sheets starting June 1.
