Sparks will be flying during this annual showcase of the newest and most innovative faculty and staff projects across a wide range of disciplines.

The event will kick off with an inspirational panel led by Karl Mehta, CEO of EdCast (see full bio below), sharing the latest innovations in knowledge clouds and MOOCs. EdCast, a global open education platform that launched this September, has been billed by Tech Crunch as “a way to bring education to potentially millions of students.”

Three faculty from the School of Planning Design and Construction and the Land Policy Institute are presenting during the Innovative Approaches Affecting Community Change Panel: John Warbach (SPDC/LPI), Mark Wilson (SPDC URP) and Rex LaMore (SPDC URP). The panel will be held from 10:45 - 11:45 am.
