The School of Planning, Design and Construction is looking for smart and ambitious students that have interests in making cities and regions a better place to live. Cities across the country are rebounding, changing and growing to accommodate a new wave of younger professionals that are moving to cities from the suburbs and rural areas. The field of urban and regional planning offers exciting opportunities for younger professionals to influence how cities will evolve that will assure an active and high quality of life for its residents. This event will give perspective graduate students the opportunity to attend a class and a presentation, tour campus, meet with professional planning practitioners and faculty, learn about MURP admission and degree requirements, and network with practitioners during the Planning Alumni Network evening event.

You are encouraged to attend if you are interested in applying to our MURP program, have a minimum 3.0 GPA and are a junior or senior in college. We will help you get a head start on our application process and provide opportunities to connect with our students, faculty and alumni.
