If you’ve ever thought about exploring the exciting world of beekeeping, attend this year’s Michigan Beekeepers’ Association Spring Conference. Local and national experts will cover every aspect of beekeeping.

The keynote speaker is Gary Reuter of the Department of Entomology at the University of Minnesota, who is a longtime hobbyist beekeeper.

Friday evening’s special guest Rose-Lynn Fisher creates highly composed photographs of bee parts magnified through a scanning electron microscope.

Beekeeping supply vendors, local bee clubs and beekeepers will be on hand to answer all of your beekeeping questions. A wide variety of breakout sessions will cover the many aspects of beekeeping.
