The Capitol Corridor Regional Vision: Charrette Implementation Workshop
Date: February 27, 2014
Location: Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, 219 S Harrison Road, East Lansing, MI 48823
Time: 8:30-10:30 a.m.
The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission is hosting a Charrette Implementation Workshop for the Capitol Corridor Regional Vision Report on Thursday, Feb .27 at 8:30 a.m., at the Kellog Hotel and Conference Center, in order to put the vision report into action. This event is a part of the Mid-Michigan Program for Greater Sustainability.
On the morning after the Capital Corridor Regional Vision Report Presentation, join other land use and development professionals in the region for a “how to” implementation discussion led by the charrette team. The Capitol Corridor Regional Vision Report captures the ideas and concepts for a sustainable corridor, and is both an accomplishment and a beginning point. Now there is a role to play as we move from vision to action. Join this Charrette Implementation Workshop to be apart of the process of moving the Capitol Corridor Regional Vision from concept into practice.
Particpants of this Charrette Implementation Workshop should plan on attending the Capitol Corridor Regional Vision Report Presentation the day before on Wednesday, Feb. 26 and review the draft document at the Michigan Avenue/Grand River Avenue Vision Charrettes
The School of Planning, Design and Construction is a partner on this project.
