Graduate Programs
The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition offers both Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degree programs in two areas: Food Science and Human Nutrition.
The department also offers a Dietetic Internship Program combined with a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. This Plan-B practice-based program with online coursework prepares our graduates to become dietitians in state-of-the-art practice, within diverse and challenging healthcare, food service and entrepreneurial positions.
