July 2005 Meeting Minutes

ASHS Meeting Updates:

-Roberto will send email out with taxi service information to and from airport in Las Vegas, NV

Dan- COGS Rep:

            -yearly bonfire taken over by university

                        -there is no more limit on people allowed to attend

                        -still have to purchase tickets

            -copy center has merged with ASMSU in student services bldg    

            -COGS have taken over university TV station    

            -COGS wants ideas for social event for all graduate students to attend

            -November symposium for all departments

Erin- Social Coordinator:

            -every Thursday night East Lansing Moonlight film festival

            -Friday/Saturday nights concert series

            - look for information on bulletin board

-Thirsty Thursday- Lugnuts August 4: will have dinner at Nuthouse at 5:30pm, game at 7:05 pm, HOGS pay for dinner and tickets

            -Chicago trip- weekend after Labor day- watch for email from Erin
