 Objective:

To deliver and distribute agronomy products in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings, improve the cooperative’s efficiency, help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.

  • Maintain a current Commercial Applicator’s certification
  • Present a professional image to our customers through personal appearance and a positive attitude
  • Clearly communicate with customers & coworkers

  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions

  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak season

Safety & Maintenance:

  • Observe safety rules and comply with government regulations pertaining to job functions
  • Understand possible hazards in the workplace, wear required PPE
  • Report any unsafe equipment or working conditions to your supervisor
  • Follow CFE safety policy and procedures
  • Communicate safe product handling with customers
  • Safe operation and general maintenance of equipment
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Ensure facility meets OSHA housekeeping standards
  • Perform all duties assigned by supervisor
  • Keep personal CFE account in good standing

Operations:

  • Ensure equipment meets federal, state and OSHA regulations
  • Operate equipment in accordance with instructions
  • Accurately blend fertilizer and chemicals ensuring quality standards
  • Accurately deliver products as assigned
  • Report inventory needs to supervisor
  • Accurately complete required paperwork, deliver copies as instructed
  • Inform supervisor of any discrepancies in inventory, product or paperwork
