o   Trial Manager in Michigan

o   Conduct the yearly trials in Michigan and support other trials (including CAST)

o   Collection of the required data in each trial (will be defined).

Subordinates

Creating and implementing yearly trials program

o   Planning the layout of the trials

o   Implementation of the yearly trials of all the product lines – including annuals, perennial (including overwinter) and indoor.

o   Flowering trails- Finishing pot, Garden performance and hanging baskets:

Rooting, planting, growing, pinching, PGR, treatments - insecticide, fungicide, irrigation, fertilization

• Other growth conditions

Support other trial locations:

o   CAST – support the team with the ongoing activities in Gilroy for California Spring trials and Home Depot event.

o   Special trials for commercial products (based on NA Marker Manager targets)

Areas of Responsibility

Operation and Maintenance of the site :

o   Order of the side – maintenance of all the greenhouses

o   Maintenance and order of all the garden outside

o   Prepare the site for open days for visitors.

Data collection -

o   Documentation all the activities in each trial.

o   Mark important activities throughout the cultivation

o   Taking photos of trials and comparison trials

o   Phenome (in a coordination with R&D coordinator if needed).

o    

Requirements

o   Languages –English

o   Travelling – mainly to California once a month between Nov-Apr

o   Organization

·         Conducting all the trials in the yearly program on time, with a good cultivation throughout the year

·         Mark and document all the defined data in all trials

·         The site is organized and up to date with all the maintenance and growing activities

·         Good performance of the trails in California
