Landscape Crew Leader for Hardscape Division
Landscaping Crew Leaders perform a wide range of landscape-related tasks which build into several different career paths within the Landscaping industry. These tasks include paver installation, retaining walls, grading, surface drainage, low voltage landscape lighting, and hardscape projects. The Crew Leader role is a hands-on position, which allows full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field. Crew Leaders are also responsible for preparing equipment, directing, and developing their crews to ensure quality work is performed, caring for equipment, and ensuring safety. This is a full-time, year-round career opportunity that transitions into snow removal tasks in the winter.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of professional landscape installation experience required
Experience with skid steer operation and other landscape-related equipment preferred Supervisory experience and leadership skills required for Crew Leader position Chauffeur's license or the ability to obtain one required for Crew Leader position Strong problem-solving skills
Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals Desire to grow and improve
Well-developed time management skills
Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time
Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period
