Charter and Executive Summary

The Michigan Good Food Charter is a framework that lawmakers, growers, producers, consumers, and other members of our food system can use to help improve the economy, equity and sustainability of Michigan’s food and agriculture system. Through 6 goals and 25 agenda priorities, the charter provides a roadmap to advance the food system’s contribution to the economy while protecting our state’s natural resource base, improving residents’ health, and helping generations of Michigan youth to grow and thrive.
