• Campus Beef Center - The Spartan Beef Discovery Center operates on 340 acres of land on the south campus of Michigan State University.  Labor to operate the Center is largely provided by student employees.  Our passion is fulfilling the land-grant mission.
  • Lake City Research Center - The Lake City Research Center includes 810 acres of managed land and 180 beef cows in a geographic area suitable for forage-basedlivestock enterprises, potato production andbioenergy crop production. 
  • Upper Peninsula Research and Education Center - The Upper Peninsula Research and Extension Center (UPREC) was established in 1899 and serves as the hub for integrated crop and livestock research for Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
