Automatically Configuring Outlook

Instructions for using the automatic configuration for Outlook for computers using Windows 7 or above. Please be aware that the automatic configuration process may take anywhere from a few minutes to one hour to complete.

Please note that this process may take anywhere from a few minutes to one hour to complete.

  1. Access the Control Panel on your computer.
    • Windows 7: Select the Start Button, then Control Panel.

    • Windows 8.1 or 10: Select the Windows key, then type Control Panel to Search.

  2. If necessary, select Small Icon from the view by drop-down menu.
  3. Select Mail.

  4. Select Show Profiles.

  5. Select Always Use this Profile.
  6. Select Add.
    ''

  7. Enter ANR as the profile name.
  8. Select Ok.
    ''

  9. Your Name and Email Address will automatically populate into the appropriate fields if you are on the ANR domain. If this does not occur, you will need to enter these fields as well as the password field manually.
  10. Select Next.
    NOTE: This process can take anywhere from a few minutes to one hour.

  11. Enter your ANR Password.
  12. Select the Checkbox for Remember My Credentials.
  13. Select Ok.

  14. Select the Checkbox for Don't ask me about this website again.
  15. Select Allow.

  16. Select Finish.
  17. Your Outlook Profile should now be configured. You may now open Outlook and begin using the application.
