Would you like to brush up on current issues in food law, but do not want to commit to a graduate course?

IFLR is partnering with MSU's Online Food Safety Programs to offer a series of non-credit courses on select topics in food law and food safety. Melissa Card, Attorney and IFLR Associate Director, is developing several non-credit courses. The first to be offered in spring 2018 is on the FSMA Foreign Supplier Verification Rule. Courses will be self-paced and self-evaluated through online quizzes. No class discussion, assignments or exams. Please remember though, these courses will not count for academic credit.
