Then, we can come to you for a customized 2.5-day NCI Charrette System certificate training, and/or a one-day NCI Charrette Management and Facilitation certificate training!
We will bring the Charrette System tools and techniques to you, giving team members a cohesive and structured approach to collaborative, design-based planning. Train up to 32 people, including consultants or partner organizations, in addition to your organization’s staff.
This on-the-job training can use your own projects as case studies, meaning that months of work can be accomplished in just days. Outcomes include project guiding principles, objective and measures, stakeholder analysis and engagement plan, project roadmap, charrette schedule and RFP preparation.
Unique to this type of training is the option for a stand-alone executive-level public seminar that can be used as an additional educational/marketing event. The best part is there is no limit to the number of attendees for this lecture!
This course is approved for 15.25 continuing education hours by the AIA, and by AICP for 15.25 certificate maintenance credits.
