EXPENSE REPORT FORM

This document is in Microsoft Excel Format. To properly use this form:

  1. If your project contains one host country, double click on the following link: expensereport.htm
  2. If your project contains multiple host countries, double click on the following link: expensereport2.htm
  3. Click on File, on the upper left section of the screen.
  4. Drag cursor to Save As.
  5. Indicate a location on a disk drive to save the form to.
  6. Indicate a file name and click SAVE or hit enter.
  7. Open Microsoft Excel.
  8. Open the form.
  9. Update the form and print it out when finished.
