Aditi Kulkarni is a Community Nutrition Instructor in Muskegon County. As an MSU Alum, Aditi received a BA in Comparative Cultures and Politics at James Madison College with a special interest in food insecurity issues and community food system interactions. In 2021, she co-founded the Spartan Food Security Council (SFSC), an MSU student organization dedicated to campus and community food security by means of advocacy, education, and service. During her time at SFSC, she worked on projects including the introduction of the Hunger Free Campus Bill within Michigan's legislature, the creation of a satellite food pantry, and various event programming related to student and community food access and education. At MSU Extension, she continues to build relationships within Muskegon County and advance health and nutrition goals through the SNAP-Ed grant.
