Dale Elshoff
Dale Elshoff is the program coordinator for the Northwestern Community College in Traverse City, Michigan, and the Michigan State University Institute of Agricultural Technology.
Elshoff was previously an academic advisor for undergraduate students in the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics (AFRE).
She received the Walter Adams Advisor of the Year award, presented by the MSU Department of Student Life in April 2018. The Walter Adams Advisor of the Year Award is presented to a graduate student, faculty, or staff member who has displayed an exemplary level of commitment and dedication to their organization. Elshoff, AFRE advisor of two years, was nominated by fellow CANR Advisor Dustin Petty with support of members from AFRE’s Sustainable Business Association student club, for her outstanding and enthusiastic commitment to bettering students’ lives.
In total, Elshoff spent close to 20 years in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources and MSU Extension teaching and advising students and supporting community education and innovation.
