Linda Garrow is an Academic Teaching Specialist in Food Science. She has been teaching food science laboratory courses for more than 20 years.
Prior to joining our team in August 2017, she was a Teaching Associate at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition. She was the Advising Coordinator for undergraduates in the Human Nutrition concentration and taught Science of Food Preparation and Science of Food Systems.
