Lori Mullins is an instructor of Urban & Regional Planning at Michigan State University. She earned a bachelor of landscape architecture and a master of urban and regional planning both from MSU. Mullin’s professional experience has encompassed a range of design, project management, economic development and finance roles, with many years spent in municipal planning and economic development at the City of East Lansing. She is currently the director of Community Development Incentives at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. Mullins has served on the MSU Landscape Architecture Alumni Advisory Board as the treasurer, and has been active with the Michigan ASLA where she also served as treasurer. She is also proud to have been a founder and board member for the Grand River Connection, a young professional networking organization serving the Lansing metro area.
