Terry is the field co-chair for the Greening institute's Community Food Systems workgroup. She has a role as a statewide member of the Community Food Systems workgroup, whose plan of work is alined with the MI Good Food Charter & in sync with the work of the CS Mott Group & the Student Organic Farm. She believes the Center for Regional Food Systems is a great resource for her work. She also has a unique role in the local urban agriculture/food systems movement in Flint, imbedded in the community, with ample opportunities for outreach & field research, numerous community partners & a keen interest in improving our local food systems.
