Ming Fang is a fellow of Institute of Chemical Engineers, Chartered Engineer, professional member of Institute Food of Technologists, and senior member of American Institute of Chemical Engineers. He obtained his B.S. degree in China, and master degree and Ph.D. degree in Bath University, UK. And then he serviced as post-doctor research fellow, senior consultant, director of research and development, visiting and chair professor, and director of food process in Bath University, East China University of Science and Technology, and international food company in UK, China and USA. One of his interests is international food law and regulation. His current lecture is China food regulation and safety.
