Adam Montri is a Hoophouse Outreach Specialist in the Department of Horticulture and with the MSU Center for Regional Food Systems. He works with farmers on the Hoophouse for Health program where he provides technical assistance as part of the Hoophouse Production Team. This program increases access to capital for farmers to build hoophouses while simultaneously increasing food access and Good Food purchasing power for vulnerable youth and their families. He and his wife, Dru and daughters, Lydia and Alison, own and operate Ten Hens Farm in Bath, MI where they use field production and hoophouses to grow and sell fresh produce year-round.
