Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen spinach - thawed and drained
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup brown rice - cooked
  • ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Wash your hands for 30 seconds with hot water and soap.
  2. Sanitize all food prep surfaces and cooking utensils.
  3. Rinse and scrub all produce.
  4. Spray baking dish and pour in mixture.
  5. Combine all ingredients and mix together in bowl.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Cut casserole and serve.
