2017 National Food Hub Survey Questions

The 2017 National Food Hub Survey, conducted by CRFS and the Wallace Center at Winrock International, was opened for response to food hub managers between February and April 2017. The survey was constructed using Qualtrics Research Suite software and administered online.

A full report based upon the survey findings is available for viewing on the CRFS website.
