Troy Garden Club

The purpose of the Troy Garden Club is to bring together those who are interested in home gardening, so that they may learn better horticultural practices, promote civic beauty, conserve natural resources, promote the purposes of Michigan Division WNF&GA (Woman’s National Farm & Garden Association), as well as share their knowledge and experience with others.
The Troy Garden Club partial tuition scholarship is open to the public and is awarded based upon a recipient’s (1) interest in horticulture, (2) pursuit of horticultural education and (3) plans to work in the horticultural field after completing an educational program. Those eligible to apply must graduate from high school no later than the year in which they apply. Preference is given (1) to residents of Oakland and Macomb Counties and (2) to college or university upperclassmen. Completed applications should be mailed to the attention of the Scholarship Committee at the address above. Applications should be postmarked no later than October 1, 2017. The scholarship recipient will be notified by November 30, 2017. NOTE: Troy Garden Club members and their immediate family members are not eligible to apply
for or to receive scholarships from the Troy Garden Club.
