2023-2024 Registration Link 2023 Tax School Brochure

The MSU Income Tax School brochure and registration should be available soon!

The MSU Income Tax Seminars are recommended for people who prepare income tax returns for others. Our federal book is developed each year in cooperation with universities in 25 other states.  This year, the MSU Income Tax School seminars will offered both in-person and via webinar. See individual seminar descriptions for details.

The seminars offered by MSU Income Tax School qualify for IRS continuing education for Enrolled Agents (EA). Currently, the IRS does NOT require continuing education for any other tax return preparer or PTIN holder. Continuing education credits will be posted to PTIN accounts for any participant who provides their PTIN, regardless of credentials. Similarly, seminars offered (except for Basic Tax) qualify as taxation or ethics for Michigan CPAs. Certificates will be mailed within two weeks of the seminar.
