Payroll Update 7.1.6

This update fixes a date that appears in the header of the Enterprise report, selection 15, report 5. The date would be in error only if it was the first report done within the current Payroll session.

1. The program update is called Update716.exe. To get the update, download the file by clicking on this link: PayUp716. Save it to a location on your computer. Write down this location. You can put it on a disk in the "A" drive. Another good location would be your current Payroll folder (C:/Payroll for many users).
2. To install PayUp716, double click on the file in My Computer or Windows Explorer. Or click on Start, click on Run, browse to the file location (can be typed in the box), click on OK. The install program will lead you through the rest of the process. If you have your Payroll in a folder other then C:/Payroll, be sure to change it at the appropriate time in the update process.
3. Start your Payroll program in the usual way. You will see that your version number has changed to 7.1.6 (if not, redo steps 1 & 2).
