How to Apply
Applications are now open for Spring 2017
Please note: These funds are for students whose primary major is in the College of Agriculture and Natural resources only. Secondary majors, minors and coordinate majors are not eligible for this program.
How to apply:
- Use the “Student Application” link to complete the online application.
- Ask your prospective mentor to submit a letter indicating his or her recommendation for your participation in this project. This should be submitted through the “Add Support/Recommendation Letter” link. This letter should describe the anticipated benefit to the mentor from your involvement in the project and the relationship between the project and ongoing work by the mentor.
- Ask someone with whom you have worked in a professional capacity to submit a letter of recommendation on your behalf. The letter should be submitted through the “Add Support/Recommendation Letter” link. If you have already been working with your prospective mentor, your mentor’s support letter will serve this purpose, and this additional letter is optional.
