Travel and Accomodation
Participants are responsible for their own lodging and transportation. Below are some information on transportation and suggestions on where to stay.
Transportation
The Capital Regional Airport, located in Lansing, MI is the closest airport to the MSU campus. This airport is served by Delta (with nonstop service to Detroit (DTW) and Minneapolis (MSP)), American Airlines (with nonstop service to Chicago (ORD) and Washington DC (DCA)), and United Airlines (with nonstop service to Chicago (ORD). The nearest major International Airport is in Detroit, Michigan, offering nonstop flights to various destinations in Europe and Asia. East Lansing is also served by Uber.

VISA
Participants are responsible for securing travel visas to the USA. An invitation letter will be provided before the payment of the tuition fee has been received. It is the participant's responsibility to contact the USA embassy or consulate in their country.
Insurance. Evidence of health insurance is required for participants, at their own cost.
