Produce Safety Support for Michigan Growers

The MSU Extension Agrifood Safety Program helps Michigan’s fruit and vegetable growers understand and meet on-farm produce safety requirements. We offer Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) Grower Trainings, online courses, and practical guidance on complying with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule and Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs). Our goal is to make produce safety education accessible and easy to apply on the farm.
