Course Description

Prerequisite: HRT 203 or HRT 251 Commercial production of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cranberries, and minor fruit. Physiology, growth, and development of these species, how cultural practices used to optimize fruit yields and quality. Field trip required.
