Areas of Study for CRIS RFP

CRIS will focus its research efforts in the following areas:

  • Applications of alternative testing for ingredient safety
  • Effects of ingredients on microbiota
  • Impact of Maillard Reaction products on food safety
  • Applications of exposure science / modeling for ingredient safety
  • Mycotoxins and food safety
  • Investigator-initiated proposals relevant to CRIS mission
