  • National Dairy Cattle Congress in Waterloo, Iowa
    • Team: 2nd in Holsteins.

  • International Dairy Show in Chicago, Illinois 
    • Team: 1st in Holsteins, 4th in Jerseys, 6th Overall, 7th in Milking Shorthorns, 10th in Ayrshires.
    • Individuals: Charles Green placed 3rd in Jerseys. Herb Miller placed 2nd in Holsteins and 7th Overall. Donald Wissman placed 7th in Holsteins.

    • Team: 2nd in Brown Swiss, 9th Overall, 9th in Reasons, 7th in Guernsey, and 8th in Ayrshire.
    • Individuals: Arnold Girbach placed 2nd in Brown Swiss

  • International Dairy Show in Chicago, Illinois 
    • Team: 2nd Overall, 2nd in Ayrshire, 2nd in Holstein, 5th in Guernsey, 5th in Milking Shorthorn, and 7th in Brown Swiss. 
    • Individuals: Arnold Girbach placed 1st in Holstein, 2nd in Brown Swiss, 3rd Overall, and 10th in Guernsey. Max Lehman placed 5th in Ayrshire and 9th in Holstein. Larry Segerlind placed 2nd in Milking Shorthorn.

    • Individuals: Al Harwood placed 3rd in Brown Swiss. John Huisjen placed 1st in Jersey and 10th Overall. Don Usiak placed 3rd in Jersey, 3rd in Guernsey, and 5th in Milking Shorthorn.
