  • 1990 NAILE Collegiate Dairy Judging Contest in Louisville, Kentucky
    • Team: 1st in Brown Swiss.
    • Individuals: Matt Wood placed 10th Overall. Sara MacRae placed 11th Overall.

  • 1991 World Dairy Expo in Madison, Wisconsin 
    • Team: 1st in Milking Shorthorns.
    • Individuals: Sara MacRae placed 2nd in Oral Reasons, 10th in Brown Swiss, and 12th Overall.

The 1992 Michigan State University collegiate dairy cattle judging team members included: Margery Green (Webster VanAtta), Tim Lyons, Michele Payn (Knoper), Miriam Weber (Nielsen). The team was coached by Dr. Clifford Jump, Katharine Knowlton, and Sara MacRae (Long).

  • 1991 North American International Livestock Exposition (NAILE) in Louisville, Kentucky
    • Team: 4th Overall. 

  • 1992 All-American Dairy Invitational in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

  • 1992 World Dairy Expo in Madison, Wisconsin
    • Team: 2nd in Oral Reasons, 2nd in Holsteins, and 4th Overall.
    • Individuals: Tim Lyon was 3rd in Holsteins and 12th Overall. Michele Payn was 4th in Milking Shorthorns and 14th in Oral Reasons. Miriam Weber was 1st in Oral Reasons, 2nd in Holsteins, and 3rd Overall.

    • Team: 5th in Guernseys, 5th in Brown Swiss, 5th in Oral Reasons, and 11th Overall. 

  • World Dairy Expo in Madison, Wisconsin
    • Team: 6th in Oral Reasons, 8th in Ayrshires, 9th in Guernseys, and 9th in Milking Shorthorns.
    • Individuals: Tonia Koppenaal placed 10th in Jerseys and 14th Overall. 

  • North American International Livestock Exposition (NAILE) in Louisville, Kentucky
    • Team: 2nd in Brown Swiss, 3rd in Oral Reasons, 4th in Ayrshires, 4th in Guernseys, 7th in Jerseys, and 7th Overall.
    • Individuals: Tonia Koppenaal placed 1st in Oral Reasons, 1st in Jerseys, 5th in Guernseys, and 11th Overall. Chad Kreeger placed 1st in Brown Swiss, 7th Overall, 8th in Holsteins, 9th in Ayrshires, and 10th in Oral Reasons. Jody Welter placed 10th in Guernseys.

    • Team: 3rd in Jerseys, 6th in Oral Reasons, and 7th Overall.
    • Individuals: Chad Kreeger placed 5th Overall and 9th in Oral Reasons. Andy Zagata placed 4th in Brown Swiss.
