Joseph Fehn 

I grew up in southeast Nebraska and have spent the last 5 years working on commercial dairies across the central plains. I completed my bachelor’s in animal science from Kansas State in the fall of 2020. Currently, I am attending Michigan State University completing my master's working under Dr. Barry Bradford.

Kirby Krogstad

My name is Kirby Krogstad and I am working toward a PhD in the Bradford lab. My research interest is in investigating nutritional strategies to improve cow health and resilience. I also help coach the dairy judging team. Previously, I attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for my MS and South Dakota State University for my BS. My wife Sydney and I are doing our best to get the “Pure Michigan” experience. We love camping, tasting wine, and reading. Our favorite hobby is taking our dog (Oliver) on long walks around the trails at our apartment.

Ashleigh McNeil 

A Michigan native, I grew up in DeWitt and attended Hope College in Holland for undergrad. I moved to Fort Collins, CO for 10 years where I completed my M.S. at Colorado State University in Clinical Sciences. I have worked in the western and midwestern dairy industry for over 13 years and continue to do so during my PhD program. In my free time, I enjoy walking my dogs, Michigan's great outdoors, and exercise.
