2019 CHRONIC PAIN PATH Leader Training 

Be a Chronic Pain Leader on the PATH (Personal Action Towards Health) to a Healthier Lifestyle.

Learn how to facilitate the Chronic Pain PATH Self-Management Program, a six -week course for individuals who have, or who are caring for someone with chronic pain. This International Evidence-Based, Disease Prevention Program was developed by Stanford University on the belief that individuals can manage their chronic health condition(s) and live a healthier lifestyle.

Training Topics Include:

  • ways to deal with frustration
  • manage medications
  • ways to talk to family and friends about chronic pain
  • using the power of the mix

There is no cost to attend this training and the materials will be provided. Lunch will be provided. All four days of training must be attended.

Signed instructor letter of commitment required.
